精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理在分娩期护理中的应用 郇艳丽 　　(甘肃省张掖市妇幼保健院 甘肃张掖 734000） 　　【摘要】目的:探究在临床分娩中舒适护理的应用效果。方法:2015年6月至2015年12月期间，我院产科进行分娩的产妇214例作为研究对象，根据产妇进入我院分娩的先后顺序进行分组，其中单号设定为对照组，双号设定为观察组，对照组产妇在分娩期间实施常规护理，观察组产妇则在分娩期间实施舒适护理，观察两组产妇的分娩相关指标以及新生儿娩出情况。结果:观察组产妇在分娩期间实施舒适护理后其剖宫产率以及新生儿窒息率均显著低于对照组，同时护理满意度高于对照组，差异显著符合统计学判断标准（P＜0.05），观察组产妇分娩的产程时长以及产后出血量均显著少于对照组，差异显著符合统计学判断标准（P＜0.05）。结论:在产妇分娩过程中实施舒适护理能够显著改善产妇的分娩结局，同时降低新生儿窒息比率，提高护理满意度，并且缩短产程时长，增加产后出血量，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】舒适护理；分娩期；产科 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）20-0174-02 　　Comfort care in childbirth care application . Methods June 2015-December 2015 period, obstetric hospital were 214 cases of birth mothers as research subjects, according to my maternal hospital delivery sequence group, in which a single number is set as the control group, two-number set as observation group and control group mothers during childbirth implementation usual care groups were observed in the implementation of comfort care during childbirth, were observed and related indicators of maternal birth neonates situation. Results The study group mothers during childbirth embodiment comfortable nursing their cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than the control group, while nursing satisfaction higher, the difference was statistically significant in line with the criteria (P lt;0.05) observation group maternity duration of labor and postpartum hemorrhage were significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant in line with the criteria (P lt;0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing in maternal childbirth can significantly improve the delivery of maternal outcomes, while reducing neonatal asphyxia rate, improve nursing satisfaction, and shorten the length of labor
