精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理在种植牙围术期的应用效果分析 杨艳峰 甘满芳 李雨桃 骆伟燕 黄丽佳 　　深圳市龙岗中心医院口腔科 广东深圳 518116 　　【摘 要】目的：探究对种植牙患者围术期进行舒适护理的效果。方法：选取我院2013年2月-2014年4月收治的牙缺失并成功种植牙患者105例，随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组50例，对照组55例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者则在对照组基础上采用舒适护理，观察两组患者护理后的效果。结果：护理后，观察组成功率90%，对照组72.7%，差异具有统计学意义。在感染和复发上，组间对比差异不明显。在治疗时间、满意度、生活质量评分上，观察组均优于对照组，且P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对种植牙围术期患者行舒适护理有助于患者恢复，提高种植成功率，降低复发率，并减少术后感染现象的出现，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。 　　【关键词】舒适护理；种植牙；心理护理；口腔卫生；健康教育 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0089-02 　　【Abstract:】 Objective: The study was aimed to explore the effect of comfortable nursing care in perioperative patients with dental implant. Methods:105 patients with missing teeth who came to our hospital for implant treatment during February ,2013 to April, 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 50 cases were in observationgroup and 55cases were in the control group.The patients in Control group weregiven routinecare, and the patients in observation group were given comfortablenursing care.The effects of the different cares were observed after implant treatments. Results: With comfortable nursing care, the success rate of the observation group was 90%, however, in the control group the success rate was 72.7%, which was significantly different. There was no obvious difference in the infection and relapse rates between the two groups. Considering the evaluation of the treatment time, satisfaction and quality of life, the observation group was better than the control group(P lt; 0.05), and the differencewas statistically significant. Conclusion: Providing comfortable nursing care tothe dental implant perioperative patients is helpful for patientsrsquo; recovery, and it improves the success rate of implant surgery, and reducesthe recurrence rate. It also reduces the occurrence of postoperative infection, and improve thepatientsrsquo; quality of life, and it is worth for extensive application. 　　【Keywords】comfortable nursing care;
