精品论文 参考文献 舒适护理对提高重症监护病房患者生命质量的临床效果 湘南学院附属医院 湖南郴州 423043 【摘 要】目的探讨舒适护理对提高重症监护病房患者生命质量的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院收治需要进行重症监护的患者200例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者均为100例。两组患者在积极治疗的基础上给予护理，观察组的患者采用舒适护理，对照组的患者采用常规的护理，对两组患者的护理前后的生理、心理以及环境方面的舒适度差异进行比较。结果重症监护病房内的患者在进行舒适护理后，（SF一36）总体健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力、精神健康等评分都明显高于对照组（Plt;0.05）。观察护理组肺部感染患者的护理效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论在重症监护室开展舒适护理有利于减少患者的生理、心理以及环境方面的不舒适???，同时还利于对护士的专业素质和护理水平的提高起到激励作用，及提高重症监护室的护理质量。 【关键词】舒适护理；重症监护病房；患者生命质量 [Abstract]Objective：To explore the effect of comfort care on the quality of life of patients in intensive care unit. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015，200 patients with intensive care in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 100 cases in each group. Two groups of patients in the active treatment based on the given nursing，the patients in the observation group，the patients received comfort nursing care，the control group used routine nursing and nursing of two groups of patients before and after the physiological，psychological and environmental aspects of comfort differences were compared. Results the patients in the ICU in comfort care，（SF 36）the overall health，physiological function，body pain，vitality and mental health scores were significantly higher than the control group（Plt;0.05）. The control group was significantly better than the observation and nursing of patients with pulmonary infection nursing group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion in the intensive care unit carry out comfort nursing is helpful to reduce the patients physiological，psychological and environmental aspects of discomfort，but also conducive to improve on nurses professional quality and the level of nursing play a role in encouraging and improve the quality of nursing in the intensive care unit.
