精品论文 参考文献 芍药苷和赤芍总苷抗心肌缺血的作用的比较研究 (1.北京市中国人民解放军第306医院100101 2.北京市中国中医科学院西苑医院100091) 【摘要】目的：比较芍药苷和赤芍总苷抗心肌缺血的药效强弱。方法：将Wistar 大鼠208只，雌雄各半，随机分为13组，每组16只，采用结扎冠状动脉复制心肌梗死的动物模型，观察赤芍总苷和芍药苷十二指肠给药对心肌梗死面积，心电图和血清心肌四酶的影响。结果：冠脉结扎后，芍药苷（60，90，120 mg/kg）和赤芍总苷（80，120，160 mg/kg）显著缩小心肌梗死面积（Plt;0.05）。以缩小模型组平均心肌梗死面积30%为有效标准，计算ED50，芍药苷和赤芍总苷分别为51 mg/kg和80 mg/kg。芍药苷（90 mg/kg）可在给药后15 min、2 h、3 h、4 h和5 h降低T波变化绝对值，赤芍总苷（120，160 mg/kg）仅在给药后3 h降低T波变化绝对值。芍药苷（120 mg/kg）和赤芍总苷（160 mg/kg）可降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）的含量。 结论：芍药苷和赤芍总苷都具有抗心肌缺血的作用，芍药苷的作用要强于赤芍总苷。 关键词：芍药苷 赤芍总苷 抗心肌缺血 Abstract Objective: to compare the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia between paeoniflorin and total paeonyg lycoside. Methods: 208 Wistar rats randomly were divided into 13 groups ,each group of 16.Acute myocardial infarction in rats were established by ligating coronary artery．The model rats were given intraduodenal ad ministration with diltiazem,paeoniflorin and total paeonyg lycoside .These drug effects on myocardial infarction area, electrocardiogram ST segment and 4 kinds of serum myocardial enzymes were observed．Results: after coronary artery ligation, Compared with model group, paeoniflorin groups (60,90,120 mg/kg) and total paeonyg lycoside groups (80,120,160 mg/kg) significantly reduce myocardial infarction size (plt; 0.05).Taking narrow area of myocardial infarction model group by an average of 30% as effective standards to calculate ED50, paeoniflorin and total glycosides were respectively 51 mg/kg and 79.6 mg/kg. Paeoniflorin (90 mg/kg) reduced T wave changes in absolute value at 5 time points( 15 minute, 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour and 5 hour )while total paeonyg lycoside(120,160 mg/kg) changed the T wave absolute value at one time point(3hour). Paeoniflorin (120 mg/kg) and total paeonyg lycoside (160 mg/kg) reduced the content of serum creatine kinase (CK). Conclusion: Both of paeoniflorin and total paeonyg lycoside have the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia, but the effect of paeoniflorin is stronger than that of tota
