我国机械企业信息化的管理制度障碍与对策 摘 要：机械制造企业作为我国国民经济的装备企业和支柱产业，在大力推动我国的社会主义经济建设的过程中起着极其重大的作用。进入二十一世纪以来，在经济全球化和社会信息化的大趋势下，只有通过推进企业的信息化建设，才能提高企业的核心竞争能力，才能带动整个机械企业的信息化发展。机械企业信息化的实质是增强企业的核心竞争能力，通过实施企业的信息化，加强技术创新和管理创新能力，使企业和产品获得市场竞争的优势。本文就我国目前的机械企业信息化现状，企业信息化管理制度制定和监督执行障碍进行探讨。并结合实际情况，针对企业信息化管理制度的障碍，以增强企业的核心竞争能力为理念，提出了相应的对策，使我国的机械制造型企业的信息化管理制度得以进一步的完善。 关键词：机械企业 信息化 管理制度 Abstract: As the outfit enterprise and pillar cornerstone industry in our national economy of business, The machinofacture enterprises play an important role in promoting vigorously in our country economic construction. as got into the 21st century, under the great tendency of the economication and socialization ,only thought the way of pushing the construction of information ,can an enterprise lift it is core contest capability and drive the whole development of the information in a mechanical manufacturing enterprise .by carrying into execution the information construction process.
