Research Project: Assignment Teaching Model and Cooperative Learning in English Class.
Teaching aims：
1）Aims on the knowledge:
1. Master the key words and phrases, such as behavior , level, as a result, die out, cut down, change into, prevent …from, level, millions of and so on.
2. Master the usage of indefinite pronouns and adverbs.
3. Students can communicate with others about the bad effects of pollution and know how to protect the environment.
2）Aims on the abilities:
1. To enable the students to understand dialogues and passages about pollution and environmental protecting.
2. To develop students’ abilities of reading and writing.
3. To train the students’ ability of working in groups.
3）Aims on the emotion:
1. To foster students’ consciousness of good co-operation and proper competition.
2. To enhance students’ awareness of protecting the environment.
Key and difficult points：
1）Review the important expressions in this topic including the words, phrases sentences and grammar.
2）Review and consolidate the usage of indefinite pronouns and adverbs.
Teaching and learning methods：
