华润万家配送中心管理中的问题及对策 年级：08秋季 专业：物流管理（本科）指导老师：刘博 作者；陈俊文 摘要：随着人民对物流的重要性的认识不断深入,“第三利润源泉”的理念已经被越来越多的人士所认同。如何减低物流成本，提高物流效率，提高物流服务水平，是备受企业关注的一个问题。国内外的物流实践证明，发展专业化、社会化的配送中心是实现这一目标的有效途径，是现代物流业的发展方向，也是我国传统储运业迎接国内外竞争挑战，向现代物流业转变的重要途径。目前，国内许多部门和单位都致力于建设配送中心，如何确定合理的经济投入，实现配送中心的设施设备的优化配置，是决策者十分关注的问题。因此，在配送中心建设之前，需要进行系统、全面地规划。总结配送中心规划、建设的实践经验，研究配送中心规划的内在规律，提出配送中心规划的实用方法，是配送中心发展提出的必要要求。 物流配送是实行连锁经营不可缺少的重要组成部分。不发展物流配送,就谈不上真正的连锁经营。物流配送的水平,在一定程度上体现和决定着整个连锁企业的经营水平。与此同时的物流成本控制是衡量零售企业经营管理水平的重要标志。亦影响零售企业经营成果的重要因素。本文通过对我国连锁零售企业物流配送方式的分析，总结了目前我国连锁零售企业所采取的物流模式。针对我国连锁企业发展的现状，从企业经营和发展的战略角度，论述了华润万家的独特配送模式是与其零售店成功的重要原因。 关键词:配送中心规划。华润万家，连锁经营 Abstract: Domestic and international logistics practice has proved, the development of specialization and socialization distribution center is the effective way to realize the aim, is the development direction of modern logistics industry, China is the traditional storage and transport industry to meet domestic and international competition challenges, to modern logistics change of important ways. At present, the domestic many departments and units are devoted to building a distribution center, in distribution center construction, need to undertake system before, comprehensive planning. Summarizes distribution center planning and construction practice experience, research distribution center, and puts forward the inherent law of planning a practical method of distribution center planning, it is necessary to develop distribution center proposed requirements. Distribution center built then need effective management. Logistics is a chain operation indispensable important component. Don't develop logistics distribution, there is real chain operation. Logistics and distribution of the level, to a certain extent reflect and decides the whole chain enterprise's management level. Meanwhile the logistics cost control is the measure of retail enterprise management level important symbol. Also influence retail enterprise operating results of important factor. This arti
