Tolerance: (automatically entered in other sections ) Vendor Cpk: default is Cpk 1 (equiv to a 4.5 sigma) Use Cpk 1.5 if vendor tolerance is likely to be 6 sigma. NOTE: Typical catalogue tolerances are 3 sigma (Cpk 0.5). Comments: describe dimension here Spreadsheet Dimension Entry Vendor Cpk: “Pads” your analysis depending on your confidence that the vendor will supply parts per spec. (The analysis will inflate the tolerance used for cpk1.5) Use the chart below to pick a cpk: Spreadsheet Dimension Entry (Industry Standards) Injection Molded Parts (DIN16901): CL dim? : enter “y” if the dimensions is a radius or other centerline type dimension. Half the tolerance of the diameter will be used. Series: enter DIN standard series to be used . Default is 120 (equivalent to class A for PC).
