中银大厦办公建筑给排水设计-.docVIP

摘 要 济南市中银大厦是位于我国北方的一座高层建筑，为典型的办公建筑。占地面积1343.03平方米，总建筑面积23876.6平方米，地面上共23层，建筑总高度70米。一二层为综合性建筑，三至二十三层为办公室，23层顶设水箱。 本设计主要包括室内给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、热水系统四个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，一层到八层为低区，九到十五层为中区，十六层到二十三层为高区，分别采用变频水泵加压供水；排水系统采用的是污分流制，裙房单设排水立管；排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，个别立管通气管无法伸顶，采用侧墙通气，消防系统采用分区供水，一到13层为低区，14到23层为高区，系统包括消火栓灭火系统和自动喷洒灭火系统，消火栓系统采用水平、竖向均成环状的消防管网，自动喷洒采用分区供水一到13层为低区，14到23层为高区，系统包括湿式自动喷水灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，之后的消防用水则由地下室的消防泵来供给。 给水管支管采用PP-R管，立管采用热镀锌钢管，排水管采用PVC-U管，消防系统采用热镀锌钢管。 关键词 给水系统；排水系统；消防系统；喷淋系统 Abstract Jinan city Bank of China Tower is located in the north part of our country building, as a typical office building.
