The applicants are required to submit the following necessary certified documents: ① Two copies of overseas working experience certificates, such as the offer letter of the overseas postdoctoral fellow or visiting scholar. Photocopies are acceptable. ② Two copies of certified documents for the research projects the applicants acted either as a chief investigator or as a principal member. Please provide explanations in brief if the supporting documents are temporarily not available. ③ Two photocopies each of higher degree certificates, diplomas of universities or polytechnics. If he/she obtained his/her education abroad, an identified certificate provided by Education Ministry of China is required. ④ Three copies each of 3 pieces of full-length representative articles published in recent 5 years. ⑤ A copy of medical examination report. ⑥ Two copies of other supporting documents, including photocopies of SCI/EI certificates for publications, accepted papers, covers and catalogues of published books, patent, awards, etc. 被推荐人须提供的必要的证明材料，包括： ①海外工作经历证明（如海外博士后、访问学者经历等任职证明，可提供所聘单位的聘书或Offer Letter的复印件。一式2份）；②主持或作为主要成员参与科研项目，要提供相应的证明材料，如不能提供，可简要说明理由（一式2份）；③各学历层次的学历、学位及专业技术职务证书复印件（各一式2份；国外大学取得的学历，还需提供教育部学历学位认证证明）；④近5年内的3篇代表作全文（可为复印件，一式3份）；⑤体检表及相关化验单（一式1份）；⑥其它证明材料，包括检索证明复印件、已录用的论文的录用证明、出版书籍封面、目录复印件、专利证书复印件、成果奖励证明等（各一式2份）。 3.
