浅谈体育游戏在高校体育教学过程中的影响 ——以四川民族学院公共体育课为例 四川民族学院体育教育 作者：邹传 摘要：目前，随着人们生活水平的不断提高，而国民身体素质却在不断下降。教育部在2002年颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》中明确了高校体育课的培养目标、教学方法和教学内容。而目前高校体育课程中，主要以公共体育课为主，而在高校体育课程中，以传统的方式方法进行教学便成为一种普遍现象，却忽略了培养学生在体育课中的学习兴趣，没有使学生在锻炼中愉悦身心，所以学生在上体育课时会感到枯燥和厌倦。本文采用了逻辑分析法、数理统计法、文献资料法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法，以四川民族学院公共体育课为研究对象。根据对问卷调查的数据结果，分析了制约高校公共体育课的因素，最终结合四川民族学院现状，提出了相应的建议。 关键词： 体育游戏 ； 学生 ； 体育课 Abstract: At present, with the continuous improvement of living standards, and the national physical quality is on the decline. This paper uses the logic analysis method, mathematical statistics method, literature data method, questionnaire survey method, the public physical education of Sichuan University for Nationalities as the research object. According to the survey results, analyzes the factors of Restricting University Public Physical Education of Sichuan University for Nationalities, with the status quo, corresponding suggestions are put forward. Key word: Sports games; students; physical education class 前言 学校体育的目的，是促进学生正常生长发育，增强学生体质、使学生有一个健康的体魄，与学校各种教育相配合，培养学生良好的思想品德和意志品质，促使其成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和保卫者。体育活动既能促使学校成员养成良好的健身习惯，也能最大限度的提高他们的健康水平。而体育游戏作为体育活动的一种形式，在体育教学过程中具有很重要的作用。随着高校学生的身体素质呈现逐年降低的趋势，如何培养学生运动能力和兴趣，提高学生身体素质显得越来越重要。为了贯彻执行国家教育部关于高校体育的教学改革，落实学校体育以“快乐体育，健康第一”的指导思想，全面推进素质教育。在学校体育中，应该调动学生的运动积极性，养成自觉锻炼的习惯和提高与同伴合作的能力，使学生的身心健康得到
