毕业论文绿色运输理论与实现路径的探析.doc

内容摘要 本文研究的是绿色经济发展模式下绿色运输理论与实现途径探究问题。绿色经济是一种实践可持续发展理念的经济发展模式，目标是最有效的利用资源和保护环境，而绿色运输是在运输过程中抑制运输对环境造成危害的同时，实现对运输环境的净化，减少资源的消耗，使运输资源得到最充分的利用。文章从绿色经济和绿色运输的内涵和原则出发，论述了绿色经济和绿色运输的发展是相互促进、良性互动的。绿色运输就是绿色经济在运输领域内的实现。我们通过研究认为，绿色运输应该是环境友好型运输、资源节约型运输并且应该建立科学有效的危险品运输预警与应急处理机制。环境友好型运输是将运输过程中的大气污染和噪声污染降到最低；资源节约型运输是包括对道路占用土地的集约使用、对运输车辆的集约使用以及对车辆的燃料消耗的节约。对于绿色运输的实现途径，传统途径主要由政府、企业、公众三个层面实施。政府可以通过建设智能运输系统、提倡共同配送、大力发展第三方物流以及加强对企业的微观管制来达到资源节约和环境友好的目的，企业在政府的产业政策和环境规制政策的引导和限制下可以通过实施复合一贯制运输和线路优化等最优化策略来实现发展绿色经济和企业盈利的双赢模式，公众则应加强监督职能。新型方法方面，基于ITS的物流运输系统建设施主流方向，本文重点介绍了相关的研究成果。 关键词：绿色运输理论，实现理论，智能运输系统 ABSTRACT This article studies the question about the sustainable transport under the development of the Sustainable economy.
