2013级物流工程运输与配送管理课程设计说明书配送业务方案设计组长（学号）：组员（学号）： 学 院：安全与环境工程学院班 级：物流1302班指导教师：完成日期：2015年11月 摘 要伴随着我国的入世和对外贸易的不断发展，我国现代物流业的发展水平已成为一个国家综合经济实力的重要体现。所以，对于物流企业，如何制定切实可行的策略，寻找积极有效的优化措施来应对物流市场的激烈竞争，实现生存与发展。高效率合理的配送是物流系统顺利运行的保证，配送线路安排的合理与否对配送、速度、成本效益影响很大。正确合理地安排车辆的配送路线，可以有效地节约运输时间，增加车辆利用率，从而降低运输成本，提高企业经济效益与客户服务水平，使企业达到科学化的物流管理，这也是企业提高自身竞争力的有效途径之一。本文通过对超市内部的配送路线、配车辆配载、配送成本和配送基本流程进行了系统的分析和研究，提出了优化的方法和途径提出企业内部存在的问题，配送成本、配送路线和配送车辆配载等问题，并提出相关措施和建议。关键词：配送线路；优化的方法；系统分析；节约里程法ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of Chinas accession to the WTO and foreign trade, the level of development of Chinas modern logistics industry has become an important manifestation of a countrys comprehensive economic strength.
