第六章 典型修理TYPICAL REPAIRS The chapter includes some typical repairs:typical formed sections repairs,typical extruded sections repairs and typical web repairs. 本章节包括一些典型修理：典型钣弯型材修理，典型挤压型材修理和典型腹板修理。 TYPICAL FORMED SECTIONS REPAIRS典型钣弯型材修理 This repair is not applicable to the following fatigue critical structures: 该修理不适用于下列部位： -Fuselage crown stringers and longerons between STA1016 and 1156 above and below stabilizer cutout in the fuselage. 机身站位1016和1156之间的位于平尾切口上下冠状区域桁条和龙骨梁。 -Aft cargo door frames,and upper and lower cross beams. 后货舱门FRAME和上下十字梁。 -Forward cargo door’s lower frame corners and cross beam. 前货舱门下FRAME角和十字梁。 EPAIR INSTRUCTIONS修理说明 （1）Cut and remove damaged portion of formed section.Do not cut into any surrounding structure. 切除损伤部位，不要伤到周围结构。 Note:If damaged portion lies against other material it may be necessary to remove additional fasteners in order to obtain clearance so as not to damage the attached part. 注：如果损伤部分在其他材料的背面，那么为了防止伤到背面的结构，可能需要拆除相关的紧固件。 （2）Determined from Table Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ the number of fasteners and fastener rows required and size the repair parts. 根据Table II确定所需的紧固件数量和行距，修理件尺寸。 （3）Make the repair parts from materials specified in Table I. 根据Table I中的材料要求制作修理件。 （4）Assemble the repair parts and drill the fastener holes. 组装修理件并引孔。 （5）Remove the repair parts. 拿掉修理件。 （6）Break sharp edges of original parts and repair parts 0.015R to 0.030R. 打磨倒角满足0.015R到0.030R。 （7）Remove all nicks,stratches,burrs,sharp edges and corners from original parts and repair parts. 去除原结构和修理件上的凹坑，划痕，毛刺，尖楞和尖角。 （8）Apply an alodine coating to the repair parts and the cut edges of the original parts per SRM 51-20-01. 根据SRM 51-20-01，对修理件和原结构的切割边做阿罗丁涂层。 （9）Apply one coat of BMS 10-11,Type 1 primer to the repair parts and the cut edges of the original parts per AMM 51-21. 根据AMM 51-21，对修理件和原结构的切割边涂BMS 10-11,Type 1底漆。 （10）Install repair parts making a faying surface seal with BMS 5-59 sealant according to SRM 51-20-05.Install fasteners wet with BMS 5-95 sealant. 根据SRM 51-20-05涂BMS
