Requirements for Dai Yunchuan’s company 施工要求 General School must meet all Fire Code and safety regulations as required under Chinese law 消防等安全規則須符合中國法律要求 Completed renovation must pass Chinese Building Code and By-laws pertaining to renovations and construction. 工程完工后，各項指標需達到建築法律法規要求 Grounds and area surround the school must be restored to the original or better condition that existed prior to commencement of construction. 工程完工后，地面等區域需恢復原狀 The contractor will be responsible for removal of all excess waste materials after the construction is completed. 工程完工后，所有建築垃圾由施工單位負責清除 The contractor will obey all regulations pertaining to construction and access to the property as outlined by Ivy Humanities. 施工單位應全面服從物管提出的要求 Equipment included in the school is listed below.
