In industrial production, mixing operation is started from industry, focusing on food, fiber, papermaking, oil, water treatment, building, as part of process and widely applied. The building as the center to design a concrete mixer for reference use. The design of the concrete mixer which is forced horizontal shaft concrete mixer in a, forced type concrete mixer can not only stir dry concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, mixing, can make the concrete to achieve strong stirring, mixing uniformity, good quality, high productivity, low cost. It is the relatively new type of mixer, compact structure, beautiful appearance. Its main structure comprises: feeding, discharging system, stir mixing transmission system, mixing device, water supply system, a machine frame and a running system, electrical control system, lubrication system. The main design content is a concrete mixer frame design, including: frame structure, frame scheme determination of all components between the position determination of all components, frame and frame connection and installation location, frame shape size determination, frame steel structure selection, frame stability check, to complete the frame assembly diagram and parts of electric control principle diagram.
