Methods we participated in the management training in Singapore General Hospital and studied and interviewed the relative referential experiences of administration. Results It was valuable referencing experiences of managerial organization setting, medical operation mode, charging mode and medical quality management of Singapore General Hospital. According to our national conditions and the needs of health system reform, we could mirror these experiences to improve our existing medical management mode of public hospitals, and to open up a new path on the management of public hospitals. Conclusion It’s valuable and helpful that we study the referencing experiences on managerial organization setting, medical operation mode, charging mode and medical quality management of Singapor
