Unit 3 Workbook Listening: Jane and Steve are asking for help at the airport. W: Good morning. How can I help you? J: This is the first time we fly and we don’t know what to do. Can you please tell us how to do this? W: Ok. First of all, you have to take your tickets and your bags to the check-in counter. There, they will take your bags and give you a card that lets you get on the plane. You will also get a card that you can use to pick up your bags when you arrive. Next, you have to pay an airport fee. J: What’s an airport fee? W: It helps pay for the airport. It costs about 50 yuan. When you have paid the fee, you must go through a security check.
