基于MATLAB的DICOM医学图像浏览器设计 摘 要 DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)，即数字医学成像和通信，是医学图像和相关信息的国际标准。作为一种工业标准，DICOM受到放射医疗、心血管成像以及放射诊疗诊断设备的广泛支持。 MATLAB是美国MathWorks公司出品的商业数学软件，用于算法开发、数据可视化、数据分析以及数值计算的高级技术计算语言和交互式环境。MATLAB具有强大的数字计算能力以及图像处理能力，而且编程相对简单，具有容易上手，开发周期短，见效快的优点。 本课题利用MATLAB R2010b开发平台和其图像处理工具箱函数，设计完成了一个简单的DICOM医学图像浏览器。该浏览器主要包括DICOM医学图像读写、图像基本操作、图像增强等功能模块，可实现对DICOM图像的读取、显示、保存、截取、两点距离测量、格式转换、感兴趣区域缩放、任意角度旋转、窗位窗宽调节、图像增强处理等功能。其中图像增强处理包括直方图均衡化、对比度增强、图像的平滑、锐化和边缘检测等功能。 经验证，该DICOM医学图像浏览器功能完善、界面简洁、易于操作，可以满足对DICOM图像的基本处理，有较高的实用性。 MATLAB，GUI，DICOMDESIGN OF DICOM MEDICAL IMAGE BROWSER BASED ON MATLAB ABSTRACT DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine), namely, digital medical imaging and communications, is the international standard of medical images and related information.
