基于SWOT分析的皖江城市带承接产业转移战略研究 摘 要 近年来我国东、中、西部各自的生产要素优势发生了深刻变化，生产劳动密集型产品的优势要素已经由东部地区指向中西部地区，而相关产业滞留在东部地区迟迟不能转移，致使我国产业布局与优势要素分布已严重错位，阻碍了国民经济的发展。因此，区域性的产业转移和承接刻不容缓。 本文将从产业转移与承接的理论出发，结合现阶段我国产业布局不平衡的现实情况，对皖江城市带承接产业转移的原因进行分析，然后运用SWOT分析法，对皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区承接产业转移进行优势、劣势分析和机会、威胁分析，并基于分析结果提出相应的战略建议，最后对所给的战略建议进行实例论证。 通过运用SWOT分析法，得出有关皖江城市带承接产业转移的战略建议，对我们把握示范区承接能力有着重要意义。在充分把握实际承接能力的情况下，对皖江城市带在“十二五”及“十三五”期间的加速发展有重要作用. 关键词：产业转移与承接;皖江城市带；SWOT分析；战略 The research of Wan-jiang urban belt’s strategics to undertake industry relocation based on the SWOT analysis ABSTRACT In recent years,the advantage of production elements has changed deeply in the eastern, central and western part of our country,the advantage of ability to product labor-intensive productions has changed from the eastern regions to the central regions. However, most of the related industries still stay there and can not transfer from the eastern regions.and our countrys industry layout and the advantages of the elements distribution has serious dislocation,which hindered the development of the national economy. So regional industry relocation and undertake the delay is so important . This paper first studied the theory of industrial transfer and undertake combined with the industry layout in China at present, then it would analysis the reason why the industrial transfer undertaking of wan jiang cities happened. Secondly, it would analysis the advantages and disadvantages of this demonstration area by using SWOT ,and based on the analysis results of the solution,it would give the corresponding measures and solutions. Through using SWOT analysis on the research ,we will get the advantages and disadvantages of this industrial transfer undertaking. Then, under full grasp of the undertaking ability of this demonstration area ,it will do an important help of development in this area in the last five or ten years.
