Up to October 2002, there are already 124 securities companies in our county, and their registered capital exceeded 100 billion Yuan. Well, at the same time, there are still many problems because they have existed in china only for a short period. First of all, in the internal environments, the structure of the share rights is not so proper, and the organization structure also cannot adapt to the changes of the environments. Because of the small capital scale, the poor quality of property, the limited kinds of operations, each company’s strength cannot resist the great risk from all respects. As for management, the operation level is still to be improved. And the internal risk controlling system is still not so perfect. The securities company still needs more talented people and a promoting mechanism to encourage them. In the second place, as for the external environment, the continuous development of the economy lays a good foundation for the securities company. At the same time, as the supervision is ３ 　 　 enhanced, the market is becoming more and more normative.
