The fact is from 1978, China introduced including economic reform, political reform, cultural reform, and other aspects of the reform. People who have more in-depth understanding of china will come to this conclusion, whether economic reform or political reform in China has both achieved important results. China is willing to draw on the useful experience of foreign political construction, but we will not copy any model of other countries. Summary process of Chinas political reform course I China’s political system reform, as same as the economic reform, began with the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central. September 1982, the Communist Party of China held the 12th National Congress, and clearly stated to continue to reform and improve the countrys political system and leadership system. October 1987, the 13th Party National Congress was held, which was concluded a report discussed seven aspects of the blueprint for political reform. This was the first time for the CPA to propose the concept of “political system” and also the political reform in his National Congress report.It was pointed out in the report that the political system consists of seven aspects: (1) the separation of the Party and government; (2)further decentralization; (3) reform government institutions; (4) reform of the cadre and personnel system; (5)the establishment of a social dialogue consultation system; (6) improve the socialist democratic politic systems; (7) strengthening the socialist legal system.
