AbstractWith the car’s becoming more and more popular in peoples daily life, the establishment and development of car beauty enterprises are coming out. Yet with the increasing cost of manpower, the car beauty enterprises are facing serious brain drain, which has seriously influenced their service quality and even their success. Thus the research of Human Resource Management in car beauty company is of great meaning to their operations.By studying of JY Company, thesis describes the status of Car Beauty Enterprises’ operation and Human Resource Management and reveals the high turnover rate of their employees and the difficulties of managing the young generation operators by analyzing and talking with relative employees. It analyzes the root cause of the Human Resources Management externally and internally and gives three solutions. Solution One is to perfect the Human Resource Management systems from previous rule of man to rule of law. Solution Two is to build up the Enterprise culture to let the employee feel the care and build up the emotional relationship. Solution Three is to improve the working environment and the operation tools to attract more employees. Thesis takes the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, theories and practices to analyze the problems that JY is facing and track the effectiveness of the solution by questionnaire investigations.
