摘要随着我国法治建设的不断推进，检察改革的进一步深化，以及依法治军进程的深入推进，检察官专业化以及职业化建设的步伐被提上了日程。传统的检察官管理制度、机制、模式已经难以满足专业化建设、职业化建设的需要。实现军事检察队伍专业化建设是检察工作本质特征的要求，是社会发展的必然选择，是依法治军、构建现代诉讼制度的需要。建设一支专业化的军事检察队伍有利于维护司法公正，提高诉讼效率，促进检察改革，防止司法腐败。在这样的背景下，对军事检察人员的综合素质提出了更新、更高的要求，军事检察队伍的专业化建设就应运而生。检察队伍的专业化建设不仅要根据军队建设改革的目标来设计，而且要通过分析军事检察队伍的现状，判明其未来发展的方向，更好地为军队建设服务。开展军事检察队伍专业化研究，一方面为了更好掌握当前军事检察队伍建设的最新发展动态，了解世界检察官职业化建设的潮流，希望能为军队干部队伍建设方面的理论研究注入新的活力；另一方面希望能将研究成果运用于实际，丰富和发展军队建设改革理论，推动军官队伍职业化建设的发展。本论文以管理学、人才学和职业规划的理论为基础，采用文献研究、问卷调查分析、比较分析、案例分析等方法对军事检察队伍的专业化建设进行了深入的研究。在对军事检察队伍专业建设的内涵、必要性、特点及类型进行概述的基础上，对专业化建设进行分析与调查，结合问卷调查的结果，分析对军事检察队伍建设的现状、存在的问题及成因，查找军事检察队伍建设的经验和不足。同时借鉴国内外检察队伍专业化建设的成功经验，进而提出了军事检察队伍专业化建设的发展对策，探讨如何进一步改进军事检察队伍的管理模式，深化军事检察改革，建立健全专业化建设制度，探索一条军事检察队伍专业化建设的道路，为制定军官职业化发展战略与政策提供参考和借鉴。主题词：军事检察院检察官专业化建设ABSTRACTWiththeadvancementinlegalsystemconstructioninChina,thefurtherdeepeningofpro-curatorialreformandtheadvancingarmyprocess,prosecutorspecializationconstructionandprofessionalconstructionpacehasbeenputontheagenda.Asforthetraditionalprosecutorsmanagementsystem,mechanismandthemode,theyaredifficulttofittheneedoftheconstructionofandprofessionalism.It’stheachievementofprosecutorsprofessionaltroopsconstructionthatistherequestoftheessentialfeaturesofpro-curatorialwork.Besides,it’salsothechoiceofthesocialdevelopment,what’smore,itmattersinadministeringarmyaccordingtolawandbuildingthelitigationsystem.Tobuildaprofessionalpro-curatorialmilitaryteamisgoodfor-safeguardingjudicialjustice,improvingtheefficiencyoflawsuit,promotingthereformofthejudicialcorruptionandpreventingattorney.Inthiscontext,weputforwardupdateandhigherrequirementstotheconstructionofmilitaryprosecutorsteamwithcomprehensivequality.Thusitistheprofessionalconstructionofmilitarypro-curatorialteamthatwasborn，Theconstructionofprofessionalpro-curatorialteamnotonlyneedsdesigningaccordingtothereformgoalofthemilitaryconstruction,butneedsfindingthefuturedevelopmentdirectionbyanalyzingthepresentsituationofmilitarypro-curatorialteamcarefullyinordertoserveforourmilitaryconst
