超声诊断华支睾吸虫感染临床价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨华支睾吸虫病感染的患者超声图像特点。 方法 回顾分析784例经ELISA免疫学检测华支睾吸虫病阳性的患者二维超声资料。 结果 784例患者的超声结果显示，398例超声声像图发生改变，其中275例肝内光点增多、增粗，83例脂肪肝，32例肝内胆管扩张，尤其以外周胆管扩张明显， 17例胆管结石或局部钙化点，199例胆囊异常，15例脾大。常规药物治疗后0.5～1.0年复查超声，587例ELISA试验转阴性，119例肝内实质光点改变，54例脂肪肝，21例肝内胆管扩张，8例患者肝内钙化病灶。 结论 超声检查对诊断华支睾吸虫病具有一定临床价值。 　　[关键词] 超声；华支睾吸虫感染；肝内胆管；外周胆管；临床价值 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2012）04（a）-0110-02 　　 　　Clinical valuation of the clonorchiasis infection diagnosed by ultrasonography 　　LI Wangying1 ZHANG Lirong2 OU-YANG Rencai3 　　1.Department of Ultrasound, Junan Hospital of Shunde district in Foshan City of Guangdong Province, Foshan 528329, China; 2.Clinical laboratory, Junan Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City of Guangdong Province, Foshan 528329, China; 3.Community Service Centre, Junan Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City of Guangdong Province, Foshan 528329, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the ultrasonography characteristics of clonochiasis patients． Methods The data of 784 cases of clonorchiasis diagnosised by ultrasonography whose ELISA blood test or the identification were positive were analyzed. Results Among 784 cases, the 398 cases had changes on ultrasonic imaging. 275 cases with hepatic imaging change, 83 cases with fat liver，32 cases with intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, especially bile ducts along the edge of liver, 17 cases with hepatic calcification founded in liver, 199 cases with gallbladder abnormal, 15 cases splenomegaly, 587 cases with negetive in ELISA blood test，119 cases with hepatic imaging change, 54 cases with fatty liver, 21 cases with intrahepatic bile duct dilatation, 8 cases of the calcification lesions after routine medication threatment in half a year or one year.
