儿科婴幼儿应用静脉留置针影响因素和护理对策 　　[摘要] 目的 观察儿科婴幼儿应用静脉留置针的影响因素，以提高留置针穿刺成功率。 方法 通过回顾性探讨100例儿科婴幼儿静脉留置针的应用，分析静脉留置针留置失败的因素，找出护理对策，从而延长静脉穿刺间隔时间。 结果 是否严格无菌操作、血管及穿刺部位的选择、留置针的选择、护士的心理素质及穿刺技术、送管及固定方法，封管液的选择及封管方法、患儿及家长的合作程度、药物刺激对血管壁的损伤及留置针对血管壁的机械刺激作用是影响留置针穿刺成功及留置时间长短的主要因素。 结论 加强静脉留置影响因素的管理可提高留置针穿刺成功率及延长留置针的留置时间，减少患儿痛苦，方便临床用药。 　　[关键词] 婴幼儿；静脉留置针；影响因素；护理对策 　　[中图分类号] R472.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）02（c）-0158-02 　　 　　Influencing factors and nursing measures of application of venous retention needle in paediatric infants 　　LI Hongmei LI Min CAI Dahui 　　Department of Pediatrics, the Central Hospital of Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, Bazhong 636000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the influencing factors of the application of venous retention needle in the paediatric infants and improve the success rate of retention needle puncture. Methods The application of venous retention needle in 100 paediatric infants were explored retrospectively to analyze the retention failure factors of the venous retention needle and find out the nursing measures, thus prolonging the time interval between venipunctures. Results Whether strict aseptic technique or not, selection of blood vessels and puncture sites, selection of retention needles, the nurses psychological quality and puncture technique, methods of tube delivery and fixiaton, selection of tube sealing solution and tube sealing methods, cooperation degree of infants and parents, damage to blood vessel walls caused by drug irritation and mechanical irration to blood vessel walls caused retention needles were the main factors influencing the puncture success and retention time of retention needles. Conclusion Strengthening the influencing factors management of venous retentioncan improve the success rate of rentention needle puncture and extend the retention time of retetnion needles, thereby reducing infantspain and facilitate clinical drug use. 　　[Key words] Infant; Venous needle; Influencing factor; Nursing measure 　　 　　小儿静
