Results:1.Thecombinationofserumhyaluronicacid,α2-macroglobulin,typeIVcollagen-7Sandagewasformedindiagnosisofpatientswithandwithoutsignificantfibrosis(stage0-1vs.stage2-4).Theareaundercurvewas0.715;thesensitivityandspecificitywere80.95%,62.37%.2.Thetotalultrasonicscoresincludingtheparametersofliveredge,echoofliverparenchyma,elasticity,areaofspleen,internaldiameterofportaltrunk,andthicknessofgallbladderwallcoulddistinguishpatientswithorwithoutlivercirrhosis(stage0-3vs.stage4)well.Theareaundercurvewas0.816;thesensitivityandspecificitywere72.73%,84.83%.3.CT/MRIimagingparametersofsizesofrightlobe,leftinnerlobeandexternallobeofliverformedthetotalvolumeindexofliver,whichhadbetterdiagnosticvalueinlivercirrhosis.Theareaundercurvewas0.870;thesensitivityandspecificitywere86.36%,87.37%.4.Thecombinationofdiagnosticparameterswereage,α-fetoprotein,hyaluronicacid,α2-macroglobulin,maximumobliquediameterofrightlobe,internaldiameterofportaltrunk,diameterofrightbranchesofhepaticvein，transversediameterofspleen，whichcamefromserum,ultrasound,CT/MRIexaminationsindiagnosisofpatientswithandwithoutsignificantfibrosis.Theareaundercurvewas0.813;thesensitivityandspecificitywere86.07%,60.82%.Thecombinationofplatelet,α-fetoprotein,apolipoproteinA1,thicknessofgallbladderwallanddiameterofrightexternallobewasusedindiagnosisofpatientswithandwithoutlivercirrhosis.Theareaundercurvewas0.870;thesensitivityandspecificitywere86.36%,87.37%.Conclusion:Thecombinationoffibromodelwithserumandimagingparameterscouldeasilypredictsignificantfibrosisandcirrhosiswithsatisfactorysensitivityandspecificity,revealhigherdiagnosticvaluethansingleparameter.KEYWORDS:Hepaticfibrosis;Noninvasive;Serum;Ultrasounds;CT/MR;CombinationDiagnosis符号说明AFPα-fetoprotein甲胎蛋白PTprothrombintime凝血酶原时间RBCredcellcount红细胞数量HBhemoglobin血红蛋白WBCwhitecellcount白细胞PLTplatelet血小板TBtotalbilirubin总胆红素DBdirectbilirubin直接胆红素ALTalanineaminotransferase丙氨酸氨基转移酶ASTaspartateaminotransferase天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶GGTγ-glutamyltranspeptidase谷氨酰转肽酶ALPalkalinephosphatase碱性磷酸酶TPt
