ApplicationofModifiedElmanNeuralNetworkinGearboxFaultDiagnosisSystemAbstractAsakeypartinmanymechanicalequipment,gearboxplaysavitalroleintheconnectionandtransmissionofpower.Gearboxfailurewillbedirectlyrelatedtotheoperationoftheentiredevice,andevenendangerthepersonalsafety.Therefore,researchofgearboxfaultdiagnosistechnologyplaysanimportantroleinindustrysecurityandproductivityeffect.Currently,theimprovementoftheaccuracyrequirementsoffaultdiagnosismakethecombinationofintelligentfieldandfaultdiagnosismorecloselyanditprovidesanewandimportantmeansforfaultdiagnosistechnology.RecurrentneuralnetworkhasbeenwidelyusedinfaultdiagnosisbecauseofitsgooddynamiccharacteristicsandElmanartificialneuralnetworkisoneoftherecurrentneuralnetwork.Inthispaper,throughstudyingthestructureandtheworkprocessofthegear-box，weconstructthegearboxfaultdiagnosissystem.Theuseofwaveletpackettheoryrealizethedecreaseofthenoisetothemeasuredvibrationsignalsofgearbox.Inspiredbytheideaofinformationfusiontechnology,weextractthemixedfeaturewhichcanreflectgearboxoperationinformationastheinputparametersofneuralnetwork.BasedonthecarefullystudyofthetheoreticalframeworkoftheElmanneuralnetwork,thispaperanalyzestheshortcomingsofElmannetwork,putsforwardamodifiedElmannetwork,whichisappliedtofaultdiagnosisofenginegearbox.Fivefaultmodesareselectedasthestudyingobjectsinthegearbox.ModifiedElmannetwork,OHFElmanandElmanneuralnetworkareestablishedtosimulate.Throughaseriesoftrainingandtesting,theresultsprovethatfaultdiagnosisofenginegearboxbasedonthemodifiedElmanneuralnetworkhashighstabilityanddiagnosesgearboxeffectively.Itcanapplytothefaultdiagnosistechnologyofthepracticeengineeringandprovidesamoreefficientmethodforgearboxfaultdiagnosistechnology.Keywords:Gearbox,Faultdiagnosis,Waveletdenoising,ModifiedElmanneuralnetwork目录第一章引言1.1课题研究背景及意义..................................................................................................11.2本课题国内外研究现状.................................................................................
