RESEARCH ON APPRAISER SYSTEM OF CIVIL PROCEDUREABSTRACTWith the development of technology and the progress of the society, more and more professional problems occurs in the civil procedure, and judicial expertise becomes usual in the civil procedure. As a “a judge of truth”, appraiser distinguishes and verdicts professional problems of the alleged case and provide professional opinions by using his/her professional knowledge, experience and skills and play an important role in helping the parties and justice to learn the professional problems and find out the truth. As an important part of judicial expertise system of civil procedure, whether the appraiser system of civil procedure is good or not directly affects the results of the reform of judicial expertise of civil procedure, but at the moment, the appraiser system of civil procedure in our country presents a mess condition. New civil procedure law supplements and revises the part of the content of the appraiser system of civil procedure, but as a fundamental law, new civil procedure law could not cover all parts of the appraiser system of civil procedure and could not resolves many existing problems of appraiser system of civil procedure in our country.In the writer’s opinion, the basic and key problem to resolve the existing defects and mess condition of appraiser system of civil procedure in our country is to build an scientific and reasonable appraiser system framework of civil procedure. The stance of such paper is to analyze and state the defects of each material content of the system and then provide revise and improvement advices based on the macroscopic control of the appraiser system of civil procedure. Such paper is aimed to provide advices and suggestions for the revise and improvement of appraiser system of civil procedure in our country on the whole.
