农村高中数学教师专业知识调查研究——以芜湖为例摘要随着高中教育的普及、示范性高中教育的兴起，农村高中教育问题日益暴露．农村高中教育质量差，农村高中教师素质低，农村高中高考成绩不理想的现象依然很普遍．为了改善农村高中的教育现状，提升农村高中的教学水平，培养一批高素质的农村高中教师，现在迫切需要对农村高中教育的现状进行调查研究．教师专业知识是教师从事教师职业所必需具备的理论与实践知识；教师专业知识水平一定程度上反映了教师专业发展的水平．研究农村高中教师专业知识，一方面有利于促进农村高中教师专业知识水平的提高，另一方面可以促进农村高中教师专业发展，从而能够更好地指导农村高中教育事业健康发展．农村高中数学学科教育是整个农村高中教育的主体之一，农村高中数学教育的发展关系到整个农村高中教育的发展，农村高中数学教师专业知识水平一定程度上反映了整个农村高中教师专业知识水平．本文采用问卷调查、访谈及随堂观察等方法，对芜湖市农村高中数学教师，从教师专业知识的多方面全方位进行调查研究，从教师专业知识的理论与实践角度作以分析．根据调查的结果发现，农村高中数学教师专业知识普遍薄弱，尤其是数学教育理论知识严重不足，农村高中数学教师对“教师专业知识”认识存在偏颇，农村高中数学教师获取专业知识的时空有限，目前的教师培训不能满足农村高中数学教师对专业知识发展的需求，农村高中教师无荣誉感阻碍教师专业发展等．本文最后切合实际地提出了提高农村高中数学教师专业知识水平的具有建设性的建议——要求农村高中数学教师树立专业理想培养终身学习的观念，建立教师专业化发展评价制度，促进农村高中数学教师专业化发展，强调高中数学教师合作交流的理念，建构农村高中数学教师的继续教育培训体系，提升农村高中数学教师人文素养，提高农村教师地位增强荣誉感等．关健词：农村高中数学教师专业知识调查研究TheInvestigationResearchonProfessionalKnowledgeofMathTeachersinRuralHighSchool:WuhuastheCaseAbstractWiththepopularityofhighschooleducation,andtheriseofmodelhighschoolseducation,theprobleminruralhighschooleducationisincreasinglyexposing.Thequalityofhighschooleducationinruralareasispoor;thequalityoftheteachersofhighschoolinruralareasislow;itisstillverypopularthattheresultsofCollegeEntranceExaminationinruralhighschoolarebad.Inordertoimprovetheeducationinruralhighschoolandenhancetheteachinglevelofruralhighschool,andtraininganumberofhighlyqualifiedteachersforhighschoolinruralareas,theyareurgentneedthatinvestigatingandresearchingforthecurrentsituationoftheeducationofruralhighschool.Teachersprofessionalknowledgeistheoreticalandpracticalknowledgethatteachersrequisitefortheteachingprofession;thelevelofteachersprofessionalknowledgereflectsthelevelofteachersprofessionaldevelopmentinacertainextent.Itis,ontheonehand,helptopromotetheimprovementofthelevelofteachersprofessionalknowledgefortheteacherinruralhighschool,ontheotherhand,cancontributetotheprofessionaldevelopmentoftheteachersinruralhighschool,thatthestudyofruralhighschoolteachersprofessionalknowledge,andthusbebetterabletoguidethedevelopmentofeducationforruralhig
