At present, peasant workers, a special force in the modernization of our country, play an important role in the process of urban construction, and gradually concerned by the departments of government and scholars. Endowment insurance as a basic right of peasant workers has become one of the focus attentions. In the case of livelihood issues more and more concerned, study and advance peasant workers’ endowment insurance relationship to a smooth transfer and continuation, not only relates to the realization of the peasant workers rights and interests and social security systems improve, more relates to the process of urbanization and socialist harmonious society construction, which has the great significance on our countrys economic and social development.In practice, affected by the traditional dual economic structure and social security of urban and rural sub-orbit system, although has formed three main models for peasant workers to participate in social insurance endowment, but the rate is low, the phenomenon of the transfer and continuation blocked is still serious. So, at the end of year, many peasant workers exit the endowment insurance when they return home.In recent years, endowment insurance for peasant workers is re-was put on the government agenda, there are three main modes for peasant workers to participate in the social endowment insurance ,they are independent, integrated and into the town pension insurance model.
