AbstractIntheearly1960s,inordertosolvetraditionalindustrialandagriculturalproductioncausedenergyshortage,environmentalpollution,ecologicalcrisisandotherglobalproblems,theagricultureecologicalengineeringcameintobeing.Inourcountry,agricultureecologicalengineeringstartslater,anddifferentdisciplinescan’treachthesameunderstandingabouttheagricultureecologicalengineering.Inordertomaketheagricultureecologicalengineeringforfurthersystematic,standardized,maketheinvestmentmoreefficientandharmonious,maketheoutputmoresteady,wemustfullyunderstandtherelevantprinciplesandcharacteristicsoftheagriculturalecologicalengineering.ThepapersetsthetownofSuiBinasaexample,introducesthepurpose,overallframe,drivingforces,securities,andvalueoftheagriculturalecologicalengineering.ItconcludesthatSuiBin’sagriculturalecologicalengineeringhasnaturaladvantagesandsocialurgencyandnecessity,itsoverallframecanbesummarizedastheproject“363”,thatisthreelevelsofcirculareconomy,sixindustrialsofcirculareconomyandthreedemonstrationareasofcirculareconomy,itsdynamicisthetensilestrengthofthesocialdemand,thethrustfromdevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandenterprises’linkfunction,itsguaranteemainlyincludesresources,market,energy,ecologicalniches,policyandtechnicalpersonnel,itsprominentvalueliesineconomicalvalue,ecologicalvalueandsocialvalue.Basedonthiscase,thispaperputsforwardprinciplesoftheagriculturalecologicalengineeringinthreeaspects,thatisecologicalprinciple,engineeringprincipleandtheprincipleofeconomics.Fromtheperspectiveofphilosophy,usingpairedcategorysemanticassociation,thispaperanalyzesthethreecharacteristicsoftheagriculturalecologicalengineering,itunifiesnaturalityandartificiality,diversityandintegrity,stabilityandvolatility.Keywords:agricultureeco-engineering,circulareconomy,principle,characteristics目录摘要.......................................................................................................................IABSTRACT................................................................................
