AbstractNowadays,technologyinnovationhasbecometheonlywaytoimprovethecorecompetitionabilityforaccompany,anindustry,orevenacountry.Tech-obtainmodeisexactlyacoreresearchintechinnovationarea.Choosingrighttech-obtainmodeisnotonlyrelatedtothefutureofacompany,butagreatopportunityandchallengetomakeoneindustrybetter.thechoiceoftech-obtainmodeisaffectedbynatureofthetechnology,natureofthecompany,natureofenvironment,marketingcompetitionandsoon,therefore,makingthemostreasonabletech-obtainmodelchoiceneedsanalyzingalltheseelementsdeeplyandcomprehensively,fromwhichsignificantstrategiescanbemade,andthuswinningthetechnicalsuperiority.Thispaper,theresearchmethodologiesisbasedonthetheoreticalanalysis,andhascombinedwithmethodsofcasecomparisonandmathmode.Thetheoreticalanalysismethodismainlytoelaboratetech-obtainquestionsrelatedtoeconomyandmanagementknowledge,triestofindoutthedeepreasonoftech-obtainphenomenon;Casecomparison,basedonthecurrentsituationofChineseoilfieldservicecompany,makingacorrelationanalysisabouttech-obtainwiththerepresentativemultinationaloilfieldservicecompany,thenapointedcomparisonismadeateveryaspectoftech-obtainbetweenChineseoilfieldservicecompanyandforeigncompaniesinthesameindustry,triestofindoutthedecisiveelementaffectingChineseoilfieldservicecompanytech-obtainmode.Thefollowinggamblingmodelistofindoutthedecisivepointoftech-obtainmodeforthetheoreticalanalysisfromthetechnicalpointofviewofeconomiccost,andmakefurtheranalysisonrelevantelements,andit’sthatthereisleveloftechnologyacquisitionmodeconversionbetweenprogressive.AccordingtotheirdifferentcircumstancesandinnovationenvironmentoilservicesEnterprisescanselectdifferenttechnologyacquisitionmodels.Atlast,fromthreeaspectsincludinginsideresearch,cooperativeresearchandexternalpurchase,someinnovativeideasabouttech-obtainmodelareobtainedthroughthecaseandmodeofChineseoilfieldservicecompany.Keywords：Innovation,TechnologyStrategy,Chineseoilfieldservicecompany,Technologyacquisition,ModeofTechnologyacquisition独创性声明本人声明所呈交的学位论文是我个人
