摘要本次翻译实践对象的原文文本展现了企业的历史与现状及全面发展图景。翻译时译者应用目的论作为指导，采用归化翻译策略和灵活多变的技巧使译文达到企业外宣的目的。此次实践报告主题围绕企业简介翻译展开，以“天津市滨海新区排灌管理处情况介绍”为例，分析译者在翻译过程中遇到的重点和难点及采取的翻译方法。现如今，企业简介翻译承担着向世界推介中国企业先进科技、管理经验的重要角色，是中国企业走向国际化的名片。本报告的研究目的即分析在企业简介文本的实际翻译过程中遇到的问题和解决方案，以期抛砖引玉，为企业简介类文本翻译者提供借鉴。本报告研究发现：中英文在数字单位使用上有较大区别，翻译时应以目的语读者的习惯用法为依据，做出相应换算；中文长句英译时应注意结构转化，可选择拆译法或删减重组法进行翻译；中文较多应用的排比型短语英译时可以作出增词、减词、改词等改动，以避免冗余、指代不清等问题的出现。本报告研究结论表明在企业简介文本的翻译过程中应以目的论作为指导，以适应目的语读者的阅读习惯为中心，采用归化的翻译策略，灵活运用多种翻译技巧，提高译文的可读性，使译文兼具忠实、通顺、简洁、明确等特点。关键词：企业简介；归化；目的论；目的原则IAbstractTheoriginaltextofthistranslationpractice’sobjectrevealsthehistory,statusquoandcomprehensivedevelopmentprospect.Duringthetranslationprocess,withapplyingtheskopostheoryasguidance,thetranslatoremployedthetranslationstrategyofdomesticationandflexibleandvarioustranslationtechniquestoachievethegoalofexternalpublicityoftheenterpriseinthetargetlanguage.Thethemeofthistranslationpracticereportwasunfoldedcenteringonthetranslationofenterpriseprofile.Takingthetranslationofthetext“AnIntroductionofBinhaiNewAreaTangguIrrigationandDrainageAdministration”asanexample,thetranslatoranalyzedthekeypointsanddifficultiesencounteredinthetranslationprocessandcorrespondingtranslationmethodsemployed.Atpresent,thetranslationtextofenterpriseprofiles,asavisitingcardforChina’scompanies’goingglobal,playsthesignificantroleofintroducingtheadvancedtechnologyandmanagementexperienceofChineseenterprises.Theresearchobjectiveofthisreportistoanalyzetheproblemsandsolutionsduringtranslatingtheenterpriseprofiles.Thetranslatorexpectstothrowabrickinordertogetagem,providingreferenceforthetranslationworkofenterpriseprofiles.Thestudyinthisreporthasfoundthatfirstlyobviousdistinctionlyingintheusingoftheunitsoffiguresintwolanguages,thetranslationshouldbebasedontheidiomaticusageoftargetlanguagereadersandmakecorrespondingconversion;secondlystructuretransformation,suchasdivision,reductionandadjustmentshouldbemadewhentranslatingthelongsentencesfromEnglishtoChinese;whentranslatingChinesephrasesofparallelism,translatio
