摘要营运资金管理水平的高低对企业绩效至关重要，随着越来越多学者认识到营 运资金管理的重要性，关于营运资金管理方面的研究也越来越多，但是在营运资 金管理模式方面，还没有形成一个统一、规范的界定。营运资金管理模式是一套 系统的运作体系，对于企业提高营运资金管理水平有直接的影响。而汽车制造业 处在一个快速变化的环境中，由于其自身的特殊性，如产品种类多、生命周期短、 客户需求不易掌握等特点，对汽车制造行业企业的反应能力和灵活性都要求较高， 而这一点也是我国目前很多企业所欠缺的。在当前瞬息万变的市场环境下，灵活 的反应能力和应变能力不仅仅是汽车制造行业所必须的，也是其他许多行业生存 和发展的必然要求。因此，本文以汽车制造行业为代表，进行了其营运资金管理 模式的研究。本文首先对营运资金管理模式的构成进行了分析，并基于其构成部分中管理 理念和管理体制两个维度的不同特点对营运资金管理模式进行了分类，阐述了各 类营运资金管理模式的特点和优缺点，然后对汽车制造行业现有的典型企业营运 资金管理模式进行调查与评价，分析其所属的营运资金管理模式类型以及汽车制 造行业现有营运资金管理模式的不足之处，并针对汽车制造行业现有营运资金管 理模式的不足之处进行进一步的优化与设计，构建了汽车制造行业新型的营运资 金管理模式，阐述了该新型营运资金管理模式的运行条件。最后建立了新型的电 子行业营运资金管理绩效评价体系，用以全方位地评价企业的营运资金管理绩效， 指导企业选择适合自己的营运资金管理模式，并根据评价结果对模式进行调整。 总之，本文对汽车制造行业营运资金管理模式所进行的研究是旨在通过构建一套 完整的营运资金管理模式，提高汽车制造行业的营运资金管理绩效，并对其他行 业提供借鉴作。关键词：汽车制造；营运资金；管理模式AbstractOperation management level of funding crucial to the performance of enterprises, with more and more scholars have realized the importance of working capital management, research on the working capital management is also more and more, but the mode of working capital management, has not formed a unified and normative definition.
