中美日英俄德六国体育学科研究生培养体制与教育模式比较研究 　　摘 要: 运用文献资料检索法、调查与特征分析法、比较分析法,对中、美、日、英、 俄、德六国体育学科研究生招生制度、课程结构、教学模式、管理体制进行结构化的和个案 的比较研究,指出我国体育学科研究生教育初步形成体系,但整齐划一的招生制度不利于选 拔有特殊才能的人;研究生课程设置专注于基础、理论知识的阐发,对学生跨学科知识、研 究能力重视不够;在体育学科研究生教育管理方面,学术自主权没有真正落实,应明确中央 、地方和政府、学校之间的职能分工,逐步推进社会第三方评估力量的成长。 　　关键词:中、美、日、英、俄、德六国;体育学科;研究生;培养体制;教 育模式 　　中图分类号:G812.5文献标识码:A文章编 号:1007-3612(2010)01-0069-04 　　 　　Comparative Study on Graduate Education Training System and Educ ation Mode of Physical Education in ?China, the United States, Japan, Britain, 　　Russia and Germany 　　LI Hong?jiang, YIN Jun, HAO Xiao?cen,lV Qing 　　(Capital Institute of Physical Education,Beijing 100088,China ) 　　Abstract: With the method of literature review, investigation, feature analysis and comparative analysis, the paper conduct case study to compare the enrollmentsystem, curriculum structure, teaching mode and management system of sport mast ers in China, the United States, Japan, Britain, Russia and Germany. The paperp roposes that Chinese sport graduate education has formed a primary framework, bu t the unified enrollment system is not good for the selection of talent. The cu r riculum is over?emphasis on the foundation and theory teaching without due focu son the inter?disciplinary knowledge and research capacity. In the management ofsport graduate students education, the academic dependence has not been impleme nted. The function division among the central government, local government and u niversities should be clarified to promote the development of the third?party e valuation from the public. 　　Key words: China, the United States, Japan, Britain, Russia, Germany; physical education; graduate education; training system; education mode 　　 　　中、美、俄、德、英、日六国是国际上公认的体育强国,在世界体育舞台上占有重要 地位。在体育学科研究生培养方面,各国继承本国教育传统??汲取他国优秀教育理念,逐渐 构建起具有本国特点和优势的现代体育学科研究生培养模式,呈现出异彩纷呈的教育形态和 管理手段。就我国而言,随着政治、经济、文化的发展,竞技体育、学校体育、群众体育事 得到长足的发展,体育学科研究生培养正承担着比以往更重的责任和使命。借鉴不同国家的 优秀成果和实践经验,对于我国体育学科研究生教育培养无疑具有重要的意义。本研究力图 通过对中、美、俄、德、英、日六国研究生培养体制与教育模式进行比较研究,
