博士研究生抑郁状况和毕业要求之间关系调查 　　【摘要】 目的 了解毕业要求的高低与在读博士研究生抑郁指标高低之间可能的关系。方法 采用的量表包括基本信息部分(包括毕业要求等调查)和情绪测试部分(Zung抑郁自评量表)，对229名合肥市某全国重点大学的博士研究生(含硕博连读研究生)进行调查。结果 总体样本的抑郁自评量表得分标准分显著地低于轻度抑郁判定分数即50分(t=2.78，P=0.006)，抑郁症状阳性检出率为41.9%。需要在SCI检索的杂志上发表文章才可以毕业的群体(n=138)标准分与轻度抑郁判定分数没有显著性差异(t=0.88，P=0.38)，抑郁症状阳性检出率为46.4%，其中低年级组为35.9%，中高年级组为56.8%；并且抑郁自评分数与毕业所需发表的SCI文章数目发现有弱的正相关(r=0.19，P=0.024)。结论 毕业要求过高有可能是造成博士研究生群体朝着抑郁症状方向发展的原因之一。 　　【关键词】 精神卫生学；Zung抑郁自评量表；博士研究生；毕业要求 　　 　　The Investigation of the Graduate Demands on the Extent of Depression in Ph.D. Post-graduate Students: A Psychosocial Study. Yu Dudu. Department of Physics, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei 230011, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possible influence of the graduate demands on the extent of depression in Ph.D. students in China. Methods 229 Ph.D. students in a national key university in Hefei city were randomly selected to complete a questionnaire which includes a section on basic individual information and a section of Zungs Self-rating Depression Scale. Results The Zung score of the total subjects is significantly less than the depression threshold i.e. 50(t=2.78, P=0.006). Positive rate of depression symptom is 41.9%.For those(n=138) who can graduate only when they have papers published on SCI journals, there is no significant difference between their Zung scores and the depression threshold (t=0.88, P=0.38). Positive rate of depression symptom of these subjects is 46.4%, that for the low-grade subgroup is 35.9%, and that for the mid- and high-grade subgroup is 56.8%; furthermore, there is a slight positive correlation between the Zung score and the amount of papers which one should have published on SCI journals.
