They started this research in the early 1950’s and have made great achievements . Especially for based on state feedback controller has quite mature .so solve linear system, nonlinear systems, the linear system with delays, the linear system with interference and network system with quadratic view,also made great achievements. But for multiple systems with time delay and based on output feedback quadratic problem still need further research. In this paper mainly studied the following several problems: 1Optimal control for linear systems with time-varying and delays in control input. 2Time optimal control for linear quadratic with output feedback. 3I summaried the research findings of time optimal control for linear quadratic with pure time-delay. Gave same advantages and disadvantages and improvement method.
