工程项目管理之时间管理 摘要：本文着重项目时间管理的理论为重点并以此为指导，通过使用项目时间管理知识进行综合分析对比，论文按照项目过程的定义、设计与计划等内容，分别总结出活动清单、活动排序、工期估算、工期计划和控制的研究模型和方法，项目时间管理的理论、工具和方法在项目各阶段及项目整体管理中的应用，缩短建设时间，提高工程建设的进度，建立项目时间管理概念 。 关键词：项目管理；安排进度；时间管理 Time management in engineering project management Abstract: This paper focuses on the project time management theory as the key and as a guide, a comprehensive comparative analysis through the use of project management knowledge, according to the definition of the project process, design and plan and so on, were summed up the list of activities, activity duration estimating, scheduling, schedule pla
