浅析JIT采购模式的有效实施 ——以崧顺公司为例 摘要 随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，企业间的竞争也越来越激烈。为了降低采购成本提高企业竞争力，JIT采购作为一种先进的采购模式，被广大企业所运用。准时化采购和准时化生产一样，它不但能够最好地满足用户需要，而且可以极大的消除库存、最大限度的消除浪费，从而极大的降低企业的采购成本和经营成本，提高企业的竞争力。虽然JIT采购能给企业带来可观的效益，但是在实施过程中，也存在着这样那样的风险。本文以崧顺公司为例，简要介绍了前人对JIT采购的认识，运用SWOT分析法介绍了崧顺公司在实施JIT采购过程中的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁。并针对其劣势与威胁提出了一些可行性建议，以此希望JIT采购模式在崧顺公司的不断发展中发挥更大的潜力。 关键词 JIT采购；SWOT分析法； 战略方法 Abstract With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce. In order to reduce procurement costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, JIT purchasing as an advanced mode of procurement, the use of a large number of enterprises. JIT purchasing and just in time production, it not only can best meet the needs of users, but also can greatly eliminate inventory, to maximize the elimination of waste, so as to greatly reduce the enterprise procurement costs and operating costs, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
