1.目的：规定螺纹环、塞规的操作步骤及注意事项。 Purpose:To provide the procedure and notices for operating thread gage. 2.范围：适用于外螺纹、内螺纹。 Scope: To measure the outer and inner thread. 3.定义： Definition:通规：检查内外螺纹在最大实体方向上的公差极限。 Go gage: To messure the tolerance limit for thread 止规：检查内外螺纹在最小实体方向上的公差极限。 Nogo gage: To messure the tolerance limit for thread 通规通过：通规能自由地旋入产品的整个螺纹长度。 Go gage go: The part can pass through the go gage smoothly. 止规止住：止规只可旋入一牙至二牙。 Nogo gage no go: The can only go one or two thread 止规紧过：力度为2倍于以下表格内数值止规能通过。 Nogo gage close go :Nogo gage which power is double for hereinafter numerical value in form 止规顺过：止规能自由地旋入产品的整个螺纹长度。 Nogo gage go: The nogo gage can pass through thread freely 4.职责：量测员负责该仪器的校验、保养。 Responsibility :The operator is responsible for operation and maintenance of the scale. 5.内容：Content : 5.1操作步骤：Procedure: 5.1.1 直牙牙规：通规要过，止规要止。Normal thread gage : go gage go and nogo gage no go. 5.1.2 锥牙牙规：一般锥牙牙规有标准线和上下偏差线，不超过上下偏差线为合格； 如果牙规没有上下线，则以牙规平面为标准，可允许上下偏差一牙。 Thread gage with wimble thread :The normal thread gage has standard line and upper and lower limitation line, if the result is not beyond the upper and lower limitation line ,then the thread is ok.
