Glycoprotein, strong viscous 2). Mucus- bicarbonate barrier 3). Protect the mucosa against injury by acid- pepsin 4. intrinsic factor 1). Glycoprotein 2). To promote the absorption of VtB12 ㈢ regulation of gastric secretion 1. stimulation factors of gastric secretion 1) Ach → M-R of parietal cell → HCl ↑; agonist : histamine ;antagonist : atropine 2) Gastrin: → M-R of G cell → HCl ↑ trophic action: to promote the growth of the mucosa to promote the releasing of pancreas and bile to accelerate the movement of the gut 3).
