Speaking is the activity of getting information from something we hear and giving response to it. To speak successfully, we need to know and be able to work out what we should express by using particular words in particular ways on particular occasions and not simply to make the words themselves understood but also let the listeners be aware of the implication. So, English learners should be encouraged to do more forward-thinking and planning that native speakers do in real life.
Speaking: being time-constraint
Another aspect of producing spoken language is the time-constraint.
