摘要闲暇时间包括个人智力的发展时间、社交活动的时间和进行创造性活动的时间。从广义上讲，闲暇时间是一种可以自由支配的时间，它为每个个体的全面发展提供时间保障。就硕士研究生而言，闲暇时间是指完成学校所有教学计划安排的课程和培养活动之外的时间。目前,硕士研究生的闲暇时间比较充裕，但普遍存在时间安排不合理、时间有效利用性不高等现象。因此，对硕士研究生的闲暇时间管理行为进行调查研究，有助于我们更具体的了解硕士研究生的时间管理行为，发现其中存在的问题，寻找学校和管理者在时间管理方面的教育对策，帮助硕士研究生提高时间利用率，更好的发展自我。本研究通过参考相关文献，借助于黄希庭和张志杰编制的“青少年时间管理量表”，结合硕士研究生闲暇时间管理的影响因素，初步拟定了硕士研究生闲暇时间管理问卷的结构和内容。待问卷初步拟定后，多次进行了小范围的试测。统计试测结果后，对问卷的结构做进一步的调整，充分考虑了问卷的可信度与效度，使调查更具有说服力。通过对Q师范大学500名全日制硕士研究生进行问卷调查发现，硕士研究生在闲暇时间管理方面存在一些问题，这些问题主要表现在：学习规划不明确，闲暇时间的优先顺序安排不合理；自我认知不清晰，闲暇时间的计划执行及反思不到位；个体行为不合理，闲暇时间管理从众现象突出；网络文化不规范，闲暇时间的活动内容不充实；职业理想不确定，闲暇时间的内在价值发挥不明显。针对硕士研究生闲暇时间管理方面存在的问题，提出了闲暇时间管理的建议，主要从以下几个方面加强时间管理：首先，引导硕士研究生加强对闲暇时间的自我管理，包括明确主体角色意识，加强时间诊断的频数；转变时间管理行为，促进学习效率的提高。其次，发挥高校资源优势，加强管理者和教育者的引导与监督，包括搭建学术交流平台，营造闲暇时间的外部环境；规范校园网络文化，丰富闲暇时间的活动内容；引导硕士研究生进行职业规划，充分发挥时间的发展性功能。关键词：硕士研究生；闲暇时间；闲暇时间管理；内在价值AbstractLeisuretimereferstothetimethatcanbeusedforindividualintellectualdevelopment,socialactivitiesandcreativeactivities.Broadlyspeaking,leisuretimeisakindoffreetime;itprovideseachindividual‘sall-rounddevelopmentwithtimeprotection.Asformasterpostgraduates,leisuretimeisthecompletionofallschoolteachingplans,thecoursesandtrainingactivities.Currently,masterpostgraduateshavemoreleisuretime,butthereisaprevalentphenomenonofunreasonabletimearrangement,time’sinefficientutilizationandsoon.Inordertohelpmasterpostgraduatesimprovetimeefficiencyandhaveabetterself-development,wedotheresearchonmasterpostgraduates’leisuretimemanagementbehavior,whichcanhelpustoknowmoreabouttheirmanagementbehavior,findproblemsandlookforeducationcountermeasures.Referringtotherelevantliterature,theresearchcombinedwiththeinfluentialfactorsofmastergraduatestudentleisuretimemanagementwiththeaidofscaleofteenagetimemanagement,wepreliminarydrawsupthestructureandcontentofthequestionnaireaboutleisuretimemanagementofmastergraduatestudents.Afterthepreliminaryquestionnairewasfinished,itworkedforthesmalltestmanytimes.Afterthestatisticaltestresultswerecomeout,thestructureofthequestionnairedoeswithfurtherad
