摘 要
目前我国机床行业中,每年面临退役的机床数量巨大。退役机床为机床再制 造提供了大量可利用的零部件资源,如何评价这些零部件的疲劳损伤以及如何确 定其是否适合于再制造俨然已经成为机床再制造行业面临的首要问题。因此,研 究退役机床零部件的剩余疲劳寿命以及其可再制造性具有非常重要的意义。
本文主要针对退役机床典型零部件—齿轮零件的剩余疲劳寿命及其可再制造 性评价展开研究,如原有机床齿轮零件的服役情况、剩余疲劳寿命预测模型以及 可再制造性评价模型等。本文在国家科技支撑计划项目课题的资助下,开展的主 要研究工作如下:
首先,建立了退役机床典型零部件—齿轮的三维模型及 MSC.ADAMS 动力学 仿真模型,获得了齿轮零部件的载荷历程;通过 ANSYS 有限元分析获得了齿轮的 静 力 学 分 析 结 果 , 通 过 将 载 荷 时 间 历 程 与 有 限 元 静 力 学 结 果 结 合 输 入 到 ANSYS/FE-SAFE 中获得了指定工况载荷下的疲劳寿命分布情况;通过剩余疲劳寿 命计算公式获得了齿轮的剩余疲劳寿命。
其次,以数值仿真及计算结果中的材料参数、工况参数、几何参数以及已服 役寿命值作为 BP(Back Propagation,BP)神经网络的输入,剩余疲劳寿命结果值 作为 BP 神经网络的输出,建立了齿轮剩余疲劳寿命的预测模型。
再次,将齿轮的剩余疲劳寿命作为可再制造性评价的先决条件,建立了分层、
分级的齿轮零部件可再制造性评价指标体系,以物元理论为基础,结合 AHP
(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)指标权重确定方法,建立了完整的齿轮零部 件可再制造性评价模型。
最后,以 SKODA W250H 传动系统齿轮零部件为研究对象,获得了部分齿轮 零部件的剩余疲劳寿命值及其可再制造性评价值,验证了 BP 神经网络在齿轮剩余 疲劳寿命预测中的有效性,同时可再制造性评价值为齿轮零件再制造开展提供了 理论支撑。

ABSTRACT
Currently in machine tool industry, enormous machine tools are faced with discard, which also provide numbers of available blanks for machine tool remanufacturing. Predicting the remaining fatigue life and evaluating the remanufacturability of the used machine tools’ parts have become an urgent need before remanufacture is executed. Therefore performing research on remaining fatigue life prediction and remanufacturability assessment is of great significance in machine tool remanufacturing.
This paper focuses on remaining fatigue life prediction and remanufacturability assessment, such as service history of used machine tools’ parts, remaining fatigue life prediction model, evaluation model of remanufacturability. Based on the problems mentioned above, the work carried out in this paper mainly includes the followings:
