1 1 2 2 中文摘要论文题目：我国师范大学教育学院社会服务转型研究 —以我国 20 所师范大学教育学院为例专业：教育经济与管理硕士生：郭赟嘉签名：指导教师：闫建璋签名：摘要随着经济社会地不断发展和高等教育改革地逐步深入，高等教育与社会发展之间的联系越来越紧密，大学逐步从社会的边缘步入了社会的中心，大学社会服务职能日益凸显。近年来，随着我国教师教育改革地不断推进，师范大学教育学院如何适应改革的需求、实现成功转型成为人们关注的焦点。相对于人才培养、科学研究而言，社会服务是师范大学教育学院转型中的薄弱环节，如何实现这一职能的成功转型，直接关系到教育学院转型的成败。因此，师范大学教育学院社会服务的转型是值得我们认真研究的时代课题。通过问卷调查和访谈，全面了解了我国 20 所不同层次、不同类型师范大学教育学院的社会服务情况。我们发现，师范大学教育学院在社会服务中存在以下问题：对社会服务重视不够；社会服务机构不健全；社会服务配套措施不完善；社会服务对象单一、社会服务内容窄化等问题。造成这种现象的原因主要包括两方面，一方面是师范大学办学理念不完善，对社会服务职能的定位不明确；另一方面是师范大学缺乏办学自主权，国家缺少对高校社会服务的政策引导和法律建设，对师范大学社会服务的财政资助不到位，存在着重科研、轻服务的评估导向等。为此，从国家层面讲，国家要不断提高师范大学的办学自主权，完善对师范大学社会服务的政策法律建设，增加对师范大学社会服务的财政资助，把社会服务成果纳入到师范大学评估当中。从师范大学教育学院层面讲，教育学院要不断提高社会服务意识，重视社会服务职能的发挥；科学合理的定位社会服务职能；扩大社会服务对象，拓展社会服务领域、丰富社会服务方式；正确处理好与各个服务主体之间的关系，从而提高师范大学教育学院的办学效益，促进经济社会的发展。山西师山西师范大学学位论文英文摘英文摘要【关键词】师范大学；教育学院；社会服务【论文类型】应用 I I PAGE PAGE IV Title：On Social Service Transformation of Normal University * Education College in China Setting 20 Normal University of Education colleges as an example Major：Education Economy and Management Name：Guo Yun-jia Signature Supervisor：Yan Jian-zhang Signature Abstract With the economic and social development ,the link between higher education and social development become closer.
