II II RESEARCH ON EXPLORATION AND APPLICATION OF FINE MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy and construction techniques, Chinese construction enterprises are facing the fierce competition from domestic and international. How to manage the project is one of the key problems for construction enterprise to survive. In this paper, around the theme of construction enterprises of fine management, regarding China construction international corporation Guangxi branch as the object of study, along the main line of preparing project, doing project, completing project, the exploration and application of fine management of project is studied. The main research works and conclusions are as follows: Aiming at the characteristics of construction enterprises, along the engineering construction process, the implementation rules of preparing project fine management, doing project fine management and completing project fine management are proposed for construction enterprise. Rules and regulations for key link are detailed established. Provide specific theoretical guidance for the construction enterprise of fine management. Regarding the specific circumstance of China construction international corporation Guangxi branch，the branch draws up the applicable assessment standard for fine management of project based on the existing implementation rules that has 10 main assessment items and 110 standard subitems. Besides, the assessment standard rules the detailed project implementation process and programmes the implementation III III level. The assessment standard for fine management provides programmatic standards for successful application in this branch. Apply the above research results to the first exhibition center project of Beihai silver beach. The fine management is used through the whole project and the application effect is evaluated.
