华中科技大学硕士学位论文华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract At present, Chinas new health care environment of physical and pharmaceutical market is undergoing significant change the competitive landscape.Under the new situation ,it is an important research topic of Jianmin companies how to use their own strengths, avoid weaknesses, seize opportunities, manage risk and achieve rapid, healthy and stable development. This paper analyzes the bad macro environment, industry environment and their own micro-environment, and to determine the Wuhan Jianmin 2011-2015 five-year investment and financing strategy. This article focuses on the investment and financing strategies in Wuhan Jianmin analysis. First, this paper analyzes Wuhan Jianmin external macro-environment including the pharmaceutical industry, political environment, economic environment, cultural environment, technological environment, using PEST model. It also analyzes the enterprise where the industrial environment. The final out of the external environment have the potential opportunities and threats. Second, it analyzes theresources, capacity and other micro-environment of Wuhan Jianmin. So that we finally understand the companys strengths and weaknesses. Third, it analyze and develop the investment and financing strategy of Wuhan Jianmin company.Finally, this paper analyzes the implementation of measures in order to ensure the effectiveness of the strategy.
