PAGE PAGE III menace from the rear development of Wan-jiang City belt，and promote the development of industrialization, information, urbanization and agricultural modernization at the same time. The thesis mainly focuses on regional limitations, some unfairness and insufficient highlight of ecological efficiency in view of the current evaluation index system of land consolidation performance. Combining the real situation in Wan-Jiang city belt on the basis of the existing research, constructing land consolidation comprehensive performance evaluation index system, using expert scoring method, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study land remediation projects in Guichi area of Chizhou city and to carry out the comprehensive performance evaluation of ecological land conservation. The results demonstrated that the ecological effectiveness is qualified. While social economic benefits are moderate, comprehensive benefits are secondary as well. Seen from the empirical results, although the ecological benefit occupies a great ratio, it still can not decide the results of comprehensive performance evaluation. Because the weight of the ecological benefit is less than the total of economic and social benefits. Therefore, in the evaluation of land remediation project, the results are not only based on the comprehensive performance evaluation, but also giving full consideration to the individual ecological benefit. Thus, it could effectively protect and improve the ecological environment of the land consolidation project areas, reflecting the objective of ecological conservation patterns, and creating a good foundation for the construction of a beautiful countryside of ecological livable type.
