摘要 摘要 西安理 西安理工大学工业工程硕士专业学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 II万方数据 II 万方数据 论文题目：陕西省高校科研投入与经济增长的关系研究 学科名称：工业工程 学员姓名：冯 达 签名： 指导教师：熊义杰 教授 签名： 摘 要 科技进步与经济增长的关系问题是国家宏观经济发展的重点问题，其中高校科研力量 是组成科技进步的重要因素之一，具体研究高校科研投入与经济增长的关系问题直接关乎 到科研和经济的快速发展。近几年，陕西经济飞速发展，其中高校的科研贡献不容小觑， 本文研究的出发点在于通过对陕西省高校科研投入与经济增长的关系研究，以期对现实经 济的发展和提高提供指导。 本文以陕西省近 26 年的国民生产总值 GDP 和高校科研经费内部支出以及高校科研人 员投入数量为数据依据，通过采用计量经济学模型测量高校科研投入对陕西省 GDP 的影响 程度，并结合已有经济理论，用动态建模的方法，分析陕西省高校科研投入是否与经济增 长存在长期稳定的关系，以及是否存在因果关系。经过数据实证分析结果表明，陕西高校 科研投入与经济总量逐年上升，科研投入确实与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的关系，其中， 高校科研经费支出总额每增长 1 个百分点，陕西国内生产总值约增长 0.937418 个百分点， 二者之间呈正向变动关系。所以高校科研经费投入对陕西省经济增长有显著地影响。但经 格兰杰 Granger 因果检验知，高校科研投入是经济增长的原因，但经济增长并不是提高科 研投入增长的原因。高校科研人员投入量每增长 1 个百分点，陕西国内生产总值约增长 0.330777 个百分点，二者之间呈正向变动关系。但经格兰杰 Granger 因果检验知，高校 科研人员投入数量不是经济增长的原因，同时经济增长也不是提高科研人元数量增长的原 因。本文再结合实证分析结果，对陕西省高校科研投入从人力、物力、效率各个方面提出 相应的具有可行性的建议，如激励科研创新人才，多元化吸收科研投入资金，优化科研经 费管理模式，加强产学研平台建设，提高科研成果转化率等等，为建设高质量的高校科研 提供指导。 【关 键 词】高校 科研投入 经济增长 协整检验 格兰杰 Granger 因果检验 【研究类型】应用研究 I Title: The relationship between higher scientific research investment and economic growth in shaanxi province Major: Industrial engineering Student:Feng da Signature: Supervisor:Prof.Xiong yijie Signature: Abstract The relationship between science high tech progress and economic growth is focused on issues of national macroeconomic development, University scientific research is one of the important factors in scientific and technological progress, specific studies on University scientific research into the relationship between economic growth and issues relating to the role of scientific research and economic development.
